Chairman of the LETCEE board since 2017. Colin brings strategic insight and his business acumen and leadership have helped shape LETCEE's governance with clarity and vision.
Ashley Cotterrell

- Qualified as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) on completion of articles with Ernst & Young (PMB).
- COO: Pannar Seed Financial Director, Managing Director, Trustee of the Pannar Group Pension Fund.
- Currently: Chief Operating Officer and Director of Blue Crest Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Investment Company.

Mary James
Founding Director
- Honorary D.Ed from Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford, UK.
- Trained Teacher at Natal Training College.
- ECD consultant/specialist.
With a Doctorate in Education, Mary is LETCEE's founding visionary. Since 1993, her passion for community-led change and excellence in ECD has shaped every corner of the organisation.

Former South African Minister of Finance and an established business leader, Nhlanhla provides economic insight and strategic support, reinforcing LETCEE's credibility and long-term planning since joining the board in 2017.
