Reveni holds a master’s degree and is a registered Psychologist. She is a skilled Emotional Intelligence (EQ) practitioner who has vast experience in the fields of human behaviour, emotional and psychological well-being. Her 20 years of rendering preventative, curative & developmental interventions from early childhood across the human lifespan, together with her coaching and facilitation skills, provide a strong foundation to lead an ECD organisation.

Kitso has been with LETCEE since 2013 and became Director of Projects in 2022. Kitso holds a Master’s Degree in Community Development and is a  doctoral candidate.

ASTRID GIFFORD

Astrid has been with LETCEE since 2021 and became Director of Operations in 2022. Astrid holds a Degree in Physiotherapy and has worked in rural development for more than 20 years.

COLIN CORBISHLEY

Colin studied at the University of Cape Town, completing a Bachelor of Business Science in 2004. He worked at an Investment bank for 10 years where he was largely involved in infrastructure projects across Southern and Sub-Saharan Africa. Colin joined the Plennegy Group in late 2014 where he currently fulfils an executive position.

 

ASHLEY COTTERRELL

Ashley qualified as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) in 1998 and joined Pannar Seed as an export accountant in the same year. He held various financial roles at Pannar Seed until he was appointed Managing Director on 1 August 2014. On 1 January 2017, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Blue Crest Holdings (Pty) Ltd.

 

DR MARY JAMES

Mary James is the founding director of LETCEE. She has a D.Ed h.c from Angkia Ruskin University. Mary retired at the beginning of 2022 but continues to contribute to the South African ECD sector as a consultant. Mary sits on the non executive board of LETCEE.

NHLANHLA NENE

Nhlanhla has a B Comm (Hons) 2009 and a Diploma in Advanced Economic Policy 2004  from the University of Western Cape; a certificate in Microeconomics Theory and Macroeconomic Principles-2004 University of London. He also has a Certificate in Economics and Public Finance from 2003 from the University of South Africa as well as an Honorary Adjunct Professor-Wits Business School 2020 – 2023.
He serves as a resource person in Harvard Ministerial Leadership Program, held annually at Harvard School of Public Health. Mr Nene served our country as the Minister of Finance in 2014 and again in 2018.

 

JULIE COTTERRELL

Julie qualified as a Staff nurse and runs her own business providing training in Basic Life Support (BLS), Trauma Life Support for emergency services and First Aid Training on a international level.
